User features:
Sending a complete Confluence page by mail
Send to mail recipients via To, CC or BCC
Set recipients by searching1 for Confluence users or by entering mail addresses
Attach all attachments of the Confluence Page to the mail
Add an individual note for the recipients in the beginning of the mail
Set an individual mail subject or use the Confluence page title as default
Admin features (Mail Page admin settings)
Use your own mail server for sending mails
Define sender name, sender address and a prefix in the mail subject globally
Known issues
You can only find Confluence users in the recipient field who have enabled the visibility of the email address either for the organization or for “Anyone” in their profile settings (see screenshot).
