Mail Settings

From Address

Define the mail address to be displayed as the originator header information in sent e-mails.

(warning) Whether and which sender addresses can be set depends on the mail server used. Some mail servers, for example GMail, force mails to be sent with the sender address that corresponds to the user name.

(info) Regardless of the sender address, the email address of the Confluence user who sends the mail via Mail Page App is always set as Reply-To. This ensures that a reply to the mail always arrives at the real sender.

This is the display name to be shown in sent mails. It will appear additionally to the From Adress in the header information of e-mails.
