Mail Page for Confluence Cloud is now “Page Beam”.

What does Page Beam do?

Page Beam makes it possible to share a Confluence page and its content with anyone.

Unlike sending links to a page, Page Beam sends the actual content including attachments of a page via mail. The Confluence page is displayed as a HTML mail and uses CSS for some stylings.

Who can you share Confluences page with?

You can share Confluence pages with Confluence users or external mail addresses.

Confluence users can be picked easily in the recipient field by searching for the name of the user.

External e-mail addresses can be entered in the recipient fields (just like when writing a regular e-mail).
