Whether and which sender addresses can be set depends on the mail server used. Some mail servers, for example GMail, force mails to be sent with the sender address that corresponds to the user name. If you use our mail server, this field is hidden and the from address is fixed to “confluence🔁mailpage.app”.
Regardless of the sender address, the email address of the Confluence user who sends the mail via Mail Page Beam App is always set as Reply-To. This ensures that a reply to the mail always arrives at the real sender.

This is the display name of the sender to be shown in sent mails.
If you always want to dynamically set the profile name of the Confluence user who sends the mail via Page Beam as the mail sender name, check the box: “Set the mail from name to the name of the Confluence user sending the mail.“
If the checkbox is set, the value entered in the From Name input field is ignored.
Subject Prefix
This will be the default prefix to the subject information for each e-mail.
