Open any Confluence page you wish to share.

Option 1: Find the “Send page by mail” action under the title at the end of the metadata line of the page.

Option 2: Click on the sub menu on the right top corner of the page. When the sub menu opens find the “Mail Page” action at the bottom of the sub menu dialogue.

This opens a bigger dialog box, if you want to send to a lot of recipients or write a longer note:

If you want to send a (blind) carbon copy, click on the CC and BCC button to show the fields:

Include Confluence page attachments to the mail

By default all Confluence page attachments are sent with the mail.

To prevent this, you can uncheck the "Include all page attachments in mail" checkbox.

Text in the note field will be displayed to the recipient at the top of the sent mail.
